Al Durr Medical Supplies provides a medical supply ordering platform for pharmacies, hospitals, and clinics in Iraq. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

05بيانات الموقعLocation Data
يطلب التطبيق إذن الموقع مرة واحدة فقط خلال التسجيل لتحديد موقع منشأتك.
The app requests location access once only during registration to pin your facility for delivery.

- بيانات الموقع مرتبطة بالمنشأة فقطLocation is tied to your facility, not personal movement
06مدة الاحتفاظ بالبياناتData Retention
- بيانات الحساب:Account data: طوال فترة نشاط حسابكKept while your account is active
- رموز OTP:OTP codes: تُحذف بعد ١٠ دقائقDeleted after 10 minutes
- سجلات الطلبات:Order records: محفوظة ٥ سنوات لأغراض محاسبيةKept 5 years for accounting

التطبيق مُوجَّه للمؤسسات والمهنيين الصحيين فقط. لا نجمع بيانات من الأشخاص دون ١٨ سنة.
The app is for businesses and healthcare professionals only. We do not knowingly collect data from persons under 18.
10تحديثات السياسةPolicy Updates
قد نُحدِّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر. سنُخطرك بالتغييرات الجوهرية عبر إشعار داخل التطبيق أو البريد الإلكتروني.
We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email.
